Adèle Gallé is a French graphic and type designer. After completing a two-year degree at École Estienne in Paris, she sharpened her typography skills at La Cambre in Brussels where she obtained a Bachelor and a Masters degree (2020). It was during an academic exchange in Lebanon, that she first got introduced to the Arabic alphabet and developed an interest in it. In 2019, she interned at 29LT under the supervision of Pascal Zoghbi. During the internship, she started drawing the primary basic Arabic character set of 29LT Okaso and 29LT Oskura after researching and analyzing some Aljamiado manuscripts.
