On this server, order information and personal information is backed up daily, weekly and monthly (so four copies in total: live and three backups) and will be kept infinitely for account, administration, VAT and TAX purposes.

You have the right to access and update your personal information at any time by logging into your account on our website. You may also submit any changes to your personally identifiable information and preferences by contacting us.
If you like to cancel your 29LT account, you can do that at any time by contacting us by email. We will then delete all the information we hold in connection with your account which is no longer necessary to keep. Some information we have to hold for a maximum of 7 years because of VAT or TAX reasons, or to provide necessary licensing information to the respective font copyright holder.
DO YOU COLLECT COMPUTER INFORMATION?

If you place an order on our website, and choose to pay by credit card, the transaction is processed by 2Checkout, our third-party payment vendor. To secure your information, 2Checkout uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We don’t see or store your credit card information at any point on our server, the information is directly transmitted to 2Checkout. 2Checkout protects the confidentiality of all transaction information and every customer’s details. When confirming your order, we only show the expiry date of your credit card and the last four digits of your credit card number. After checkout, your digital products will be added to your account. Physical products will be sent by regular mail as soon as possible, mostly the same day. Your invoice will be added to your account and e-mailed to you.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We use FaceBook, Twitter, and Instagram to communicate new products, upgrades, work in progress and foundry related stuff. We don’t gather information from followers on these platforms.
