29LT DESKTOP LICENSE

Desktop fonts are delivered to you in the OTF format. You may install and use the fonts on the number of computers specified in the purchased license.

Please read this document carefully, and we recommend that you print a copy for further reference.

The terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA) will apply between 29Letters Type Foundry S.L. (29LT) and you if you purchase a license or licenses to use 29LT font software, including the design of the font embodied therein (Font).

You have purchased a license to use the Font in your scope of work. The license does NOT grant you ownership of the fonts. You agree that 29LT owns all rights, including (without limitation) intellectual property rights, and title in and to the Font and all trademarks, registered and unregistered, which are used in or in relation to the Font. It is NOT an agreement for sale of the Font or any portion of it.

The license granted is not exclusive to you and may not be transferred by you.

By downloading the Font, installing, copying, accessing, or otherwise using the Font, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not purchase this License, download, install, access, or use the Font.

LICENSE

Subject to payment of the price in full, 29LT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Font you have licensed to create images on any surface such as computer screens, paper, printed material, and other surfaces where the image is a fixed size.

You may install and use the Font on up to the specified number of computers licensed under this Agreement as indicated on your invoice, or install the Font on a single file server accessed by the specific number of computers licensed under this Agreement.

You may make one (1) backup copy of the Font for archival purposes only, and you agree to retain exclusive custody and control over any such copy.

You may take a digitized copy of the Font used for a particular document, or the Font embedded in an electronic document, to a commercial printer or service bureau for use by the printer or service bureau in printing the document. Afterwards, the service bureau or printer must destroy the copies of the Font. You agree to use reasonable measures to protect the Font from access and use by unlicensed third parties. It is preferable though to take only PDF files with the Font embedded within, instead of the original design file that requires the actual Font to print.

If your client needs copies of the Font, your client must also purchase a license based on the number of computers in their office/s.

RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to copy the Font or create derivative works based upon the design of the Font.

You may not alter the Font or the designs embodied therein in any manner whatsoever. Reformatting the Font into other formats or for use in other operating systems is expressly prohibited. Altering or amending the characteristics of the Font is expressly prohibited. The Font may not be used to create or distribute any electronic document in which the Font, or any part thereof, is embedded in a format that permits editing, alterations, enhancements, modifications, or extraction of the Font by the recipient. You hereby agree not to transmit any electronic document to any party that intends to “hack,” edit, alter, enhance, or otherwise modify or remove the Font.

You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Font, unless permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to rent, sell, transfer, lease, sublicense, give, lend, or further distribute the Font.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The design of the Font and any trademarks associated therewith are the exclusive property of 29LT and are protected by the copyright and other intellectual property laws of Spain, the European Union, and other international treaties. You agree to treat the Font as you would any other copyrighted material, such as a film or book.

WARRANTY

29LT warrants that the Font will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for thirty (30) days following delivery of the Font. 29LT hereby EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 29LT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE FONT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE FONT IS WITHOUT DEFECTS.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL 29LT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE FONT EVEN IF NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE OF SUCH POSSIBILITY. You hereby agree that your entire, exclusive, and cumulative liability and remedy shall be limited to the cost of the Font or replacement thereof, at 29LT’s discretion.

TERMINATION

This License Agreement is effective as of the Date of full payment for the purchased license type. You may terminate this License Agreement at any time by destroying the Fonts together with any printed and/or non-print materials and any copies of the Fonts. This License Agreement may be terminated without notice if you breach and/or fail to comply with any term contained herein.

THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE GOVERNED BY SPANISH, EUROPEAN, AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

29LT WEB LICENSE

All our Webfonts are provided to you for self-hosting only. They are delivered in the WOFF and WOFF2 formats, and licensed up to a maximum number of page views per month, for use in a single domain name. Use in additional domains requires purchasing additional licenses.

The Font will be transmitted for your use in the Web Open Font Format (“WOFF” and “WOFF2”) and Embedded Open Type (“EOT”) formats and/or such other formats as 29LT may determine or otherwise agree, at its discretion.

The Font is licensed only for use in a single domain name. Use in additional domain names requires the purchasing of additional licenses.

The Font is licensed for a maximum number of page views per month, as indicated in your invoice. A page view is defined as a request to load a page that references the Font via the CSS @font-face mechanism. If the maximum number of allowed page views is exceeded for three consecutive months, an additional license is required.

Only the WOFF, WOFF2, and EOT files provided by 29LT may be used; a different type of file format may not be used on a website.

RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to copy the Font or create derivative works based upon the design of the Font.

You may not alter the Font or the designs embodied therein in any manner whatsoever. Reformatting the Font into other formats or for use in other operating systems is expressly prohibited. Altering or amending the characteristics of the Font is expressly prohibited. The Font may not be used to create or distribute any electronic document in which the Font, or any part thereof, is embedded in a format that permits editing, alterations, enhancements, modifications, or extraction of the Font by the recipient. This License Agreement is effective as of the Date of full payment for the purchased license type. You may terminate this License Agreement at any time by destroying the Fonts together with any printed and/or non-print materials and any copies of the Fonts. This License Agreement may be terminated without notice if you breach and/or fail to comply with any term contained herein.

App & ePub fonts are delivered to you in the TTF format, for use in apps, games, and electronic publications. They are licensed only for use in the number of titles specified in the purchased license, whether these titles are eBooks, games, or mobile apps.

The terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA) will apply between 29Letters Type Foundry S.L. (29LT) and you if you purchase a license or licenses to use 29LT font software, including the design of the font embodied therein (Font).

The Font will be transmitted to you in the TrueType (“TTF”) format and/or such other formats as 29LT may determine or otherwise agree, at its discretion.

The Font is licensed for use in the number of apps and/or the number of electronic publications as indicated in your invoice.

An “electronic publication” is considered as including all of its issues and versions put into circulation at any given time and under the same title, on a monthly basis or on other bases, after the date of granting of this license.

You agree not to copy the Font or create derivative works based upon the design of the Font.

29LT BROADCAST/STREAMING LICENSE

Broadcasting fonts are delivered to you in the OTF and WOFF formats. They are licensed for use in all entertainment, educational, and advertising content that is broadcast on any terrestrial or satellite network, cinema, streamed on the internet or on-demand TV (for instance on Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney+, etc.), or other means.

Please read this document carefully, and we recommend that you print a copy for further reference.

The terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA) will apply between 29Letters Type Foundry S.L. (29LT) and you if you purchase a license or licenses to use 29LT font software, including the design of the font embodied therein (Font).

Broadcasting fonts are delivered to you in the OTF and WOFF formats. They are licensed for use in all entertainment, educational, and advertising content that is broadcast on any terrestrial or satellite network, cinema, streamed on the internet or on-demand TV (for instance on Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Disney+, etc.), or other means.

Subject to payment of the price in full, 29LT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the Font you have purchased for broadcasting means.

The Font is licensed for use in the number of titles, national or multinational, as indicated in your invoice. It can be used for the title and the text in credits for motion pictures, animations, TV series, documentaries, advertising, etc.

RESTRICTIONS

You agree not to copy the Font or create derivative works based upon the design of the Font.

You may not alter the Font or the designs embodied therein in any manner whatsoever. Reformatting the Font into other formats or for use in other operating systems is expressly prohibited. Altering or amending the characteristics of the Font is expressly prohibited. The Font may not be used to create or distribute any electronic document in which the Font, or any part thereof, is embedded in a format that permits editing, alterations, enhancements, modifications, or extraction of the Font by the recipient. You hereby agree not to transmit any electronic document to any party that intends to “hack,” edit, alter, enhance, or otherwise modify or remove the Font.

You agree not to modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Font, unless permitted by applicable law.

You agree not to rent, sell, transfer, lease, sublicense, give, lend, or further distribute the Font.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The design of the Font and any trademarks associated therewith are the exclusive property of 29LT and are protected by the copyright and other intellectual property laws of Spain, the European Union, and other international treaties. You agree to treat the Font as you would any other copyrighted material, such as a film or book.

WARRANTY

29LT warrants that the Font will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for thirty (30) days following delivery of the Font. 29LT hereby EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 29LT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE FONT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE FONT IS WITHOUT DEFECTS.

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL 29LT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PARTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE FONT EVEN IF NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE OF SUCH POSSIBILITY. You hereby agree that your entire, exclusive, and cumulative liability and remedy shall be limited to the cost of the Font or replacement thereof, at 29LT’s discretion.

TERMINATION

This License Agreement is effective as of the Date of full payment for the purchased license type. You may terminate this License Agreement at any time by destroying the Fonts together with any printed and/or non-print materials and any copies of the Fonts. This License Agreement may be terminated without notice if you breach and/or fail to comply with any term contained herein.

THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE GOVERNED BY SPANISH, EUROPEAN, AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

29LT SERVER LICENSE

Server fonts are delivered to you in the OTF and TTF formats. You may install and use the fonts on the number of servers specified in the purchased license.

Please read this document carefully, and we recommend that you print a copy for further reference.

The terms of this End User License Agreement (EULA) will apply between 29Letters Type Foundry S.L. (29LT) and you if you purchase a license or licenses to use 29LT font software, including the design of the font embodied therein (Font).

You have purchased a license to use the Font in your scope of work. The license does NOT grant you ownership of the fonts. You agree that 29LT owns all rights, including (without limitation) intellectual property rights, and title in and to the Font and all trademarks, registered and unregistered, which are used in or in relation to the Font. It is NOT an agreement for sale of the Font or any portion of it.

The license granted is not exclusive to you and may not be transferred by you.

By downloading the Font, installing, copying, accessing, or otherwise using the Font, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not purchase this License, download, install, access, or use the Font.

LICENSE

Subject to payment of the price in full, 29LT grants you a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual license to install the Font you have purchased on a specified number of servers, as set out in the invoice (excluding development servers). The Font can be used by remote users or website visitors to generate PDFs, rasterized images, or other personalized graphics. The final artwork can be downloaded, but the Font may not be distributed or downloaded from the server. The Font cannot be installed on individual computers that are linked to the file server. 

You may make one (1) backup copy of the Font for archival purposes only, and you agree to retain exclusive custody and control over any such copy.

You may take a digitized copy of the Font used for a particular document, or the Font embedded in an electronic document, to a commercial printer or service bureau for use by the printer or service bureau in printing the document. Afterwards, the service bureau or printer must destroy the copies of the Font. You agree to use reasonable measures to protect the Font from access and use by unlicensed third parties. It is preferable though to take only PDF files with the Font embedded within, instead of the original design file that requires the actual Font to print.

If your client needs copies of the Font, your client must also purchase a license based on the number of computers in their office/s.
